How can we help?

Contact Ticksterz with questions about organizing a tournament, registering a team, using your account, or finding your event details. Use the form below to explain what you are trying to do and where you need help.

If your question concerns an existing booking, explain whether it is spectator admission, a team entry, or another registration. Include a reference number when available, but leave payment credentials out of the form. For an account problem, describe the page you were using and the action that did not work. These details help distinguish a platform question from an event-specific arrangement. Go to the contact form when you are ready to send your question.

Include the details that help us understand your question

For an event question, include the event name, date, and public event-page link if you have it. For a registration or ticket question, describe the step you reached and any message you saw. If a page is not working as expected, tell us which device and browser you used.

Do not include passwords, card numbers, or private player documents in your message. If you are asking about admission rules, a schedule change, or an event cancellation, check the event page for the organizer's published information as well.

Looking for an event or planning your own? You can browse events, read our frequently asked questions, or explore the tournament planning guides before sending a message.

Send the right context with your question

If you are organizing an event, explain whether your question concerns setup, registration, scheduling, results, or spectator admission. For an existing event, include its public link so the details can be identified without relying on a similar event name.

If your booking was completed on an external provider’s website, keep that provider’s confirmation available. Questions about that transaction may need to be addressed through the provider’s own support route. You can still use this form to describe a problem with the Ticksterz listing or a link that does not work as expected.

Before sending, check that your email address is correct and that the message explains the outcome you need. Keep a copy of any reference you include. The form is for a support question; it does not itself change an event booking, confirm a team’s eligibility, or cancel an entry.
